I ordered bedside pedestals, but when they arrived the finished colour just didn't work. Rather than becoming defensive, Stephan listened carefully to my concerns, collected the units, sanded them down, and worked with me to achieve the look I was after.
What impressed me most was his commitment to customer satisfaction. He never gave up, remained professional throughout the process, and genuinely wanted me to be happy with the final result. The finished pedestals are beautiful and fit perfectly with the overall design of our room.
